We live in Thailand and combine first-hand experience of travelling around the country with current travel research.
There is no tested route to Wisdom Valley from Pattaya or Jomtien but bear in mind Traveling to the during the rush hour periods is hectic. My advice is to use the local taxis; grab or bolt they are very reliable and not major expensive. Stay away from renting your own motorcycles travel time from Pattaya is around 20 min (20km) and the time from Jomtien is 20/30 mins (28km) The weather in December is good the rains should have gone and the temperatures are around 30°C
Set off early the rush hour traffic around Pattaya can be very difficult

Suvarnabhumi Airport: Transfer time to Pattaya is around 90 mins
Don Mueang Airport: Transfer time to Pattaya is around 90 mins
U-Tapao International Airport: Transfer time to Pattaya is around 180 mins
Tip: When exiting the Airport and looking for a Taxi, waiting time can be long, head up the escalators to Departures you can Thank me later

TAXI
Best for: simplicity
Always ask for the meter and ask about the tolls something people forget. there are toll charges on most major routes have some small currency to hand and you can pay as you go
PRIVATE TRANSFER
Best for: pre-arranged travel.
This is something that can be done from your home country ahead of time and can give you the peace of mind that that detail is covered when you arrive in Thailand
CAR HIRE
Best for: extending the trip.
Car Hire is great, driving in Thailand you must make sure you have the relevant documents (IDP) that is a must. Driving in the major cities is not for the faint hearted. Be safe and Enjoy
